I have been a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach since 2017 and EMCC accredited since 2018.  I have 25 years of leadership experience and more than 400 coaching hours.  I am also accredited as a practitioner of AQR's Mental Toughness and frequently use LEGO Serious Play techniques in my facilitation.
